Our management is here to help! Management team members are on-site Monday through Saturday and ready to assist.
Sonoma Grande Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals on site Monday through Friday during office hours and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Tulsa! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.
You can submit your maintenance request through the resident portal at any time or call the office staff during business hours, and they will be happy to assist you in putting in your maintenance request.
If you are locked out during business hours, the on-site team is happy to help. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

Sonoma Grande offers open parking. Parking is not assigned. The property does offer the option to rent garages.
Sonoma Grande offers excellent amenities that are designed to bring you relaxation and recreation, right at your fingertips. We offer A 24-hour fitness center, A large swimming pool with spa, grilling area, business center, screened-in lanai to relax with cable TV, and on-site tanning.
Sonoma Grande is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about breed restrictions and pet fees, pet deposits, and pet rent.
At Sonoma Grande, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with an electric range stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Sonoma Grande Apartments in Tulsa come unfurnished, but we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a recommended vendor that will provide furnishings at an additional cost.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING
We aim to approve all applications within 48 business hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!
At Sonoma Grande, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or a cashier's check! Sonoma Grande also participates in the Flex program and WIPS program.
Sonoma Grande participates in the Damage Waiver Program at $19 a month. The property does allow our residents to opt out of this and carry their insurance of choice. The policy would need to list all leaseholders and have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability. If you choose to obtain your own insurance, contact the on-site team to get further information on adding the interested party.
Sonoma Grande is a Cox Communications community. We are set up for quick connect in every apartment home.
If your situation changes, we require a 60-day written notice and a fee equal to 2 months of market rent. Also, any concessions received during the current lease term must be paid back. Please contact the office for accurate lease break fees.
Sonoma Grande will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!
Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent. The tenant will be responsible for setting up electricity. The office will set up water, sewer, and trash for you, and you will pay that with your monthly rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at Sonoma Grande, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent).
When reviewing an application to rent at Sonoma Grande, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. Our property uses credit software system to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past pay stubs, to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Sonoma Grande offers tours Monday through Saturday! Make sure to bring your valid government-issued ID to tour. We take appointments and walk in.
Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Tulsa get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of Tulsa, and due to the urban environment, noise levels are expected to be moderate.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask that upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
Sonoma Grande does have a $6 monthly fee for the parcel lockers. This is where all packages go, and you can pick them up 24 hours a day. There is also a $3 monthly gate fee.
Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.
To make sure Sonoma Grande is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community's quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do not rent out any commercial space.
