Jeremy Merz, Sonoma Grande maintenance employee truly has made the difference in my decision to renew my lease. He is ALWAYS ... HELPFUL, very pleasant and has handled any maintenance needs in such a manner that its right the FIRST TIME. His ability to grasp what the issue is AND repair problem with no need to return is exactly what I expect and need. In my opinion he definitely is an asset to Sonoma Grande Apartments.
