However, the current management is kind and attentive to all issues, including requests for maintenance. I have since moved but had an issue with deliveries continuing to be delivered to my old address. Not only were the current tenants kind enough to give my deliveries to the office, the office staff, Kayla, Stephanie, Adrienne and Bailee were super friendly and helpful in getting my items to me. Stephanie took me into her... office where she began to ask me all my certain criteria for my search. Not only was she very informative, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, she just had a way of making the entire experience very pleasant and not the normal sales pitch. After touring and leaving she kept me informed on dates, and which units she had coming available, even though I wasn't sure yet witht my decision , and it not once felt like pressure but more of the just being kind and helping out feel! Stefanie is awesome! She's professional, knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. She helped me do my application on my phone, in her office. It was very tedious and time consuming but she was very patient and glad to help. She helped me find an apartment that I really liked and suited my needs and wants, and that fit my moving time frame. I came back to this company as I loved the previous property but management was an issue. Since moving into Sonoma Grande... apartments Bailey and her team have done nothing but go above and beyond to ensure the moving transition was as smooth as possible. They never make me feel like a burden and are always happy to help, the property is beautiful! The small issues I have had were remedied within 12 hours or less. She got all of... my information and helped get me approved in the fabulous unit I wanted. She went above and beyond and always so kind. I LOVE my new apartment, I moved from Stonehaven Villa, down the street, and Sonoma Grande is so much more private and grounds are so much cleaner. I am not stepping in dog poop everywhere like at Stonehaven. If you are looking for a great apartment, check out Sonoma Grande, they are so much cozier, and spacious, cleaner and did I mention way cheaper!!!
